This morning Parker asked me: "Mom, why do people have to be sick to go to Heaven?" Stopped me in my tracks. My answer: "Well, we don't always have to be sick, sometimes we just get too old...like Poppy or Grandpa John. But, sometimes our bodies stop working and that's when we get to go to Heaven."
Parker's response: "What is Heaven like?"
Me: "I think it's a beautiful place, but I've never been there before, so I can't tell you exactly what it's like."
